Both in our customer projects and in our interactions with each other within the company, we follow our corporate values and base our daily actions on them. Together we want to make a difference. The energy and telecommunications sectors in particular, in which we work, are constantly subject to (economic) political decisions and technological changes. With our projects, we want to contribute to enabling a positive and sustainable future in the long term.

We can only succeed in this if we pull together with our employees as well as with our customers, make bold decisions and push them. A creative, appreciative and respectful working atmosphere supports us in this. That is why we have agreed on our values throughout the company in dialog with all employees at all levels.

Who are we?

At our Kick Off event in 2023, our employees had the opportunity to show, who m3 is for them, in their own video project. What are our values? What do we do? How do we work?
With the help of a professional film team, the teams had the opportunity to answer these very questions in their videos. They were able to conceptualize and script their own videos and then implement these ideas both behind and in front of the camera. These are the results:

Development

Our aspiration is to constantly expand our methodological and content-related skills. We share our knowledge and focus on continuous, individual development of our employees.

Diversity

Diversity and integration are a matter of course for us in running a successful company. We value every single person and at the same time want to strengthen our community and culture of integration. One practical example of how we implement this, is the women's network. We have now expanded this to all units of msg advisors. We want to encourage all women from m3 and its partner companies to participate and network in this. Our goal is to support female talents and promote their potential.

Impulse lectures and discussion rounds are organized every 6 - 8 weeks. Once a year, the network now also organizes face-to-face meetings with various activities. In addition, our network provides a platform for the exchange of experiences and opinions in order to initiate and ultimately implement common concerns and interests throughout the company.

The LIVING DIVERSITY network of our parent company msg also offers an open community for networking and exchange on all dimensions of diversity, and this across the entire corporate group. It serves as a central platform for information and collaboration, bringing together interested parties and promoting diversity within the msg Group.

Encouraging young talent

We all stood at the beginning of our career once. In order to facilitate the entry into m3's everyday consulting life, we promote the networking and development of young talents who are at the beginning of their professional careers with our "m3 Young Network". As part of the overarching Young Network within the msg group, we organize varied events, regular get-togethers and other innovative exchange formats.
